Barefoot Walk
Tuesday – March 24, 2026 – 16:00 (Israel time) – a march that will take place simultaneously in Rome, and other locations around the world.
An event in which the Israeli and Palestinian Mothers’ Call will reach a global peak moment.
In the main march, Israeli and Palestinian mothers will walk barefoot through the streets of Rome, side by side.
The barefoot walk is a symbolic expression of vulnerability and courage and of connection to the earth, soaked in blood and pain, which will transform the Mothers’ Call into a global demand for change.

Despite our efforts, due to the current situation we will not be able to hold an actual march in Jerusalem on March 24th. But our call for peace will not be stopped!
We invite you to join us on Zoom for an online meeting that will connect Jerusalem to Rome, and hope to action.
We will raise the voices of mothers in a joint call to break out of the cycle of bloodshed.
We will watch a live broadcast of the Barefoot Walk—Israeli and Palestinian mothers walking barefoot in Rome, with other marches taking place around the world at the same time.
We continue with our unwavering demand for security and peace through political agreements.
Even from a screen—we walk together, united in heart and in purpose.
