Women Wage Peace will hold a march and a mass singing event to celebrate the International Day of Peace 2018

Join us on Thursday, September 20th, in our march from Jaffa Gate to Independence Park for an amazing mass singing event.
In honor of the International Day of Peace we will march together – thousands of women: Jews and Arabs, secular and religious – to express our hope for a future of peace, security, cooperation and equality.The Schedule (subject to change)
17:00- March from Jaffa Gate
18:00 – Meeting at Independence Park with activities in Hebrew and in Arabic
19:00- Rally and mass singing of “We Shall Overcome” in Hebrew, Arabic and English.

Before this event, from September 12th -17th, we will hold musical events at the borders of the country: “ Reach out for Peace” – calling out for peace to women on the other side of the border; conflicts throughout the world have been resolved – it’s possible here as well!
