Member of Knesset Kastya Svetlova, Ксения Светлова, was last week (17/7/16), ‘Women Wage Peace’ guest of honour. We had a fascinating discussion about the challenges and opportunities in the Middle East. Amongst other things, Kastya Svetlove mentioned the harsh reality in our region and the fact that a political agreement with the Palestinians can turn into a strategic asset for Israel and could be instrumental in facing the challenges all around us. Member of Knesset Kastya Sveltova also added that she thinks we need to have face to face discussions with the Palestinians, and that we do have a partner there. She said that we need to do this as soon as possible as the sand in the hourglass is running law.
