To celebrate The International Woman Month, Raanana municipality and the Women Wage Peace movement are pleased to invite you to a screening of the film ‘Pray the Devil Back to Hell’ – The film documents the determined and courageous fight of the Liberian women who brought about the end to the civil war in their country and to the toppling of the dictator Charles Taylor.
The Liberian women’s leader, Mrs Leymah Gbowee, is the winner of the Nobel Prize for Peace, 2011, and walked with us on the March of Hope in Israel in October last year.
The screening will take place on Friday, 17.3.17 at 10.00 at the Hall of Music and Artsת HaPalmach 2, Raanana.
A discussion, led by WWP representative Osnat Wiener, will take place at the end of the screening.
The entry fee is 10 ILS
