It is important that during the Journey to Peace we receive blessings from women all over the world, “from North to South, from West to East”. Therefore we are asking you to help us bring as many women as possible from all over the world to this event. Bringing women physically may be impossible; therefore we thought that you could ask women you know to get together in a group of 10, dress in white and turquoise, and film themselves while clearly saying this sentence:
We, women from (city, country…), want to express our support for Women Wage Peace. Peace is possible and women will lead us towards peace.
Afterwards they should send the clip to you through Whatsapp, and you send it to us so that we can create a world embracing film.
Instructions:
1/Hold the cellphone horizontally while filming
2/Film in a well- lit setting, but not in direct sunlight
3/The women must speak clearly and loud enough so that they can be heard
*Each group should state the message in its own language. If there is any problem we can help in translating the message to any language.
*The clips have to get to us by September 20th
