מצר , מייסר – גשר של שלום
קבוץ מצר וכפר מייסר , חיים זה לצד זה בשכנות טובה המושתתת על סובלנות, כבוד ועזרה הדדית.
ב1953 הקימו בוגרי תנועת "השומר הצעיר" בארגנטינה את הקיבוץ על גבול ירדן ובצמוד לכפר המוסלמי מייסר.
כפר מייסר, על שם החבר של מוחמד, נוסד ב 1880 לערך ותושביו התפרנסו מגידול צאן וחקלאות. כיום חיות בכפר 8 משפחות המונות 2600 נפש שמתפרנסות ממקצועות חופשיים.
קיבוץ מצר שפרוש שמו 'גבול', צמח בעזרת גרעיני השלמה של השומר הצעיר מישראל ודרום אמריקה וכיום הוא מונה 500 נפש. כלכלת הקיבוץ מבוססת על חקלאות, מפעל "מצר" למערכות טפטוף ומקצועות חופשיים.
תושבי שני הישובים הקטנים והמבודדים הבינו, באינטואיציה בריאה, שחיים זה לצד זה יצליחו אם יתלוו אליהם כבוד, עזרה הדדית, סובלנות למנהגי השכן וקיום יחסי גומלין נכונים.
תושבי הכפר הציעו לקבוץ להתחבר לבאר המים שלהם בשנה הראשונה ומאז ועד היום יש צנרת משותפת לגיבוי במקרה של תקלה. הקשרים הלכו והתהדקו ויכלו לכל המבחנים גדולים כקטנים. כאשר אנשי מצר גוייסו לצבא במלחמת ששת הימים, צעירי מייסר נרתמו לעזור בקטיף הפרי ועיבוד הקרקע. לאורך השנים נערכו אירועים משותפים לכל הגילאים, קבוצת כדורגל רשמית, מפגשי שיח והשתתפות בימי שמחה ואבל.
ב1972 התקיים "פרויקט מצר-מיסר". פרויקט אמנותי שכלל סדרה של מיצבים ומיצגים. הפרויקט נחשב לאחד הביטויים החשובים של האמנות המושגית בישראל והיו שותפים לו אביטל גבע, מיכה אולמן, ומשה גרשוני.
בחלוף השנים, צמחו שני הישובים, ויחסי הכבוד והתמיכה ההדדית ממשיכים עד עצם היום הזה ומסייעים לשני הישובים להתגבר על מהמורות החיים.
בשנת 2020 תנועת "נשים עושה שלום" יזמה הקמת פסל במייסר בשיתוף פעולה עם מועצה אזורית מנשה, והנהגת כפר מייסר, בעקבות קול קורא לאמני ואמניות האזור נבחרה הצעתו של הפסל יורם אפק שיצר את הפסל – "רוג'ום לשלום" שמייצג נקודת מפגש במקום בו זורמים מים חיים – ובכך מסמל את מערכת הקשרים המכבדת וההדוקה בין שני הישובים. בטקס רב רושם ובהשתתפות מאות אנשים נחנך האתר הראשון של פרויקט 'בשביל השלום'.
נקודת שלום, מצר מייסר – גשר לשלום, מהווה חלק מפרויקט ארצי של תנועת 'נשים עושות שלום' הנקרא 'בשביל השלום' . פרויקט זה נועד להאיר את החתירה המתמדת לשלום באמצעות הדגשת המקומות בהם התקיימה ומתקיימת עשייה ברוכה זו. במסגרת הפרויקט יונח פסל או שלט הסבר (נקודת שלום) בכל מקום בארץ הקשור להסכמי שלום, שיתוף פעולה יהודי-ערבי, מיצג אמנותי או מיזם חינוכי העוסקים בשלום. פסלי השלום ונקודות השלום יחוברו לכדי שביל טיולים ארצי, שמטרתו להפגיש חלקים שונים בחברה הישראלית ולקדם ערכי סובלנות וחשיבה של שלום.
תנועת "נשים עושות שלום", היא תנועת השטח הגדולה בישראל ומונה למעלה מ-45,000 נשים וגברים. מטרת התנועה היא להביא לסיום הסכסוך הישראלי-פלסטיני באמצעות הסכם מדיני הדדי, מכבד ובר קיימא, ובהשתתפות נשים ממגוון קבוצות האוכלוסייה בישראל. התנועה היא לא-מפלגתית וחברות בה נשים מכל הקשת הפוליטית החברתית והגיאוגרפית.

يعيش كيبوتس ميتسر وقرية ميسر جنبًا إلى جنب في جوار حسن مبني على التسامح والاحترام والمساعدة المتبادلة.
وفي عام 1953، أنشأ خريجو حركة "الحرس الشاب" في الأرجنتين الكيبوتس على حدود الأردن وبجوار قرية ميسر الإسلامية.
تأسست قرية ميسر، على اسم صديق محمد، حوالي عام 1880 وسكانها كانوا يكسبون عيشهم من تربية الأغنام والزراعة. اليوم تعيش 8 عائلات في القرية وبلغ عددهم 2600 شخص يكسبون عيشهم من التجارة الحرة.
كيبوتس ميتسر، ومعنى اسمه "حد"، نما بمساعدة نواة مكملة "للحرس الشاب" من إسرائيل وأمريكا الجنوبية ويبلغ عدد سكانه اليوم 500 شخص. يعتمد اقتصاد الكيبوتس على الزراعة ومصنع "ميتسر" لأنظمة التنقيط والتجارة الحرة.
لقد أدرك سكان المستوطنتين الصغيرتين والمعزولتين، بحدس سليم، أن العيش جنبًا إلى جنب سيكون ناجحًا إذا كان مصحوبًا بالاحترام والمساعدة المتبادلة والتسامح مع عادات الجيران والعلاقات المتبادلة السليمة.
عرض القرويون على الكيبوتس ان يتصلوا ببئر المياه الخاص بهم في السنة الأولى ومنذ ذلك الحين وحتى اليوم يوجد أنبوب مشترك احتياطي في حالة حدوث عطل. أصبحت الروابط أكثر قربًا مما مكنها من التعامل مع جميع الاختبارات الكبيرة والصغيرة. عندما تم تجنيد مواطني ميتسر في الجيش في حرب الأيام الستة، تجندوا شباب ميتسر للمساعدة في قطف الفاكهة وزراعة الأرض. وعلى مر السنين أقيمت فعاليات مشتركة لجميع الأعمار وفريق كرة قدم رسمي ولقاءات حوار ومشاركة في أيام الفرح والحداد.
في عام 1972، أقيم "مشروع ميتسر-ميسر" مشروع فني تضمن سلسلة من التركيبات والعروض. يعتبر المشروع أحد أهم تعبيرات الفن التصوري في إسرائيل وشارك فيه أفيتال جيفع ، ميكا أولمان، وموشيه غيرشوني.
ومع مرور السنين، كبرت البلدتين، وتستمر علاقة الاحترام والدعم المتبادل حتى يومنا هذا وتساعد كلا المجتمعين على التغلب على عثرات …
سيتم ربط تماثيل السلام ونقاط السلام في مسار رحلات على امتداد الدولة، والغرض منه هو التقاء أجزاء مختلفة من المجتمع الإسرائيلي وتعزيز قيم التسامح والتفكير السلمي.
تعتبر حركة "نساء يصنعن السلام" أكبر حركة ميدانية في إسرائيل ويبلغ عدد أفرادها أكثر من 45.000 امرأة ورجل. الغرض من الحركة هو وضع حد للصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني من خلال اتفاق سياسي متبادل ومحترم ومستدام، بمشاركة النساء من مختلف الفئات السكانية في إسرائيل. الحركة غير حزبية وأعضاؤها نساء من كامل الطيف السياسي والاجتماعي والجغرافي.
Metzer, Meiser – Bridge of Peace
Kibbutz Metzer and Meiser Village
In 1953, graduates of the “HaShomer Hatzair” Youth Movement in Argentina established the kibbutz on the border of Jordan and very close to the Muslim village, Meiser.
Meiser Village is named after the friend of Mohammad, founded in approximately 1880 and the inhabitants earn their living by agriculture and the maintenance of flocks of sheep. Today, there are 8 families living in the village, amounting to 2600 persons who maintain themselves in free professions.
Kibbutz Metzer, the meaning of the name being “Border”, blossomed with the help of the wholesome seeds of HaShomer Hatzair from both Israel and South America, and today numbers 500 persons. Financially the kibbutz is based on agriculture, the factory “Metzer” which manufactures a water drip system and various free professions.
The inhabitants of both small and isolated settlements, with healthy intuition, understood that living side by side would only succeed if done so in mutual respect, helping one another, tolerance of the neighborhood management, and maintaining a correct interaction.
Already at the start of their first year, the inhabitants of the kibbutz were invited to connect to the village water well, and right up to today, a shared water pipeline exists in the event of a problem. The connections grew and widened in scope, overcoming all difficulties, both small and large. When members of Kibbutz Metzer enlisted in the army during the 6 day war, the young members of Meiser Village volunteered to help with the fruit picking as well as tending to the soil. Over the years, many shared events and projects have developed for all age groups; official football groups, discussion groups and mutual participation on days of both events of celebration and mourning.
In 1972 the “Project Metzer-Meiser” took place. This was an art project which included a series of artistic exhibits and installations. This project is considered one of the most important expressions of art exhibited in Israel. The participants of the project included
Avital Geva, Mica Ullman and Moshe Gershoni.
Over the course of the years, both communities have grown and developed. The relationship of mutual respect and support continues to this day, and assists both communities to cope with the essentials of life.
In 2020, in cooperation with the Menasha Regional Municipality, under the management of Meiser Village, the Women Wage Peace movement initiated the establishment of a statue in Meiser. This was done after sending out a call for proposals to all local artists of the area. The proposed statue by Yoram Afek “ Rujom for Peace” was chosen as it conveys a water flowing life meeting and as such represents the wide range of mutually respectful and close connections between the two communities. The Statue was introduced at an impressive ceremony, including hundreds of participants, thereby inaugurating the first site of the “Path to Peace”project.
Point of Peace, Metzer-Meiser – Bridge to Peace, forms part of a Women Wage Peace national project, called “The Hand to Peace on the Path to Peace”. The purpose of this project is to emphasize the constant and continuous drive for peace, by casting light on all the various places which already exist in this spirit . Within this project a statue, or simply an explanatory sign (“Points of Peace”), will be placed in every place throughout the country, which is connected to and personifies peace agreements and/or Jewish-Arab cooperation; in addition, any art structure or educational activity which concerns peace. The statues and Points of Peace will be connected to form a path for trips across the country. The purpose being that the various members of Israeli society may meet one another while promoting tolerance and a consciousness of peace.
The Women Wage Peace movement covers a large part of Israel and currently numbers 45,000 members, both women and men. The purpose of the movement is to bring an end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by means of a mutual civil agreement, both honorable and possible, and with the inclusion of women from a wide range of the Israeli population. The movement is non-party political and includes the participation of women from every part of the Israeli political, social and geographic spectrum.
