בחזוני אני רואה צבעי תורכיז – לבן וירוק בעשרות מוקדים בארץ עם כרזה גדולה: "נשים עושות שלום – נוטעות שתילי תקווה"
שתיל ועוד שתיל יצמחו אינשאללה לעצים ענקיים שימלאו את יער השלום.
The holiday of Tu bShvat falls on Monday January 25 this year;
We members of Women Wage Peace, in conjunction with the Jewish National Fund and the Municipality of Eilat, will be planting seedlings of hope on Friday January 29 in the Bird-
watching Park. On that day the Park will be the focus of Tu bShvat planting for all of Eilat’s residents in the presence of the mayor.
We’ll come dressed in our white shirts, carrying signs that identify the movement. (For visibility, we plan to come with a good camera or even professional photographer).
I invite WWP members and regional coordinators all over the country to check where local plantings are scheduled next week and to turn out for these events as representatives of the movement. I envision the colors turquoise and white – plus green – in dozens of locations, along with posters announcing that women waging peace are planting seedlings of hope.
God willing – In shaa Allah – seedling after seedling will grow into huge trees creating a veritable forest of peace.
